- Interior is not only about the woodwork its related to overall work done as per the scope of the project so always be sure of how much you want to spend
- you should have some ideas about the theme, colors, and scope of your project ,realistic budget, then it becomes a lot easier to describe the outcome you want. Do you want to entertain in this space? Does everything need to be pet and child friendly? What color palette speaks to you the most? What style would you enjoy seeing in this space? The outcome or end result would incorporate the answers to these questions and many more.
- There are different types of the wood used for a variety of purposes in interiors. One of the common and widely used woods for interior flooring is “Ply wood”. MDF, Solid wood, laminates and veneers etc. are the types of materials used, Depending on the quality and pattern the prices are also vary. Our designing process also focuses on a detail understanding of different types of wood and where it can be used.
- For wet area we use BWP 7/10 Grade.
- For Other areas its MR 3/10 Grade.
- For Doors we use HOHMR & Block Board.
- Other Modules Depending on the usage.
- For functional furniture’s we go with modular installation and for the aesthetic looking finish we go with carpenters.

- Most of the Boxy furniture, Like kitchen, wordrobe’s Crockery etc are done at factory, Asthetical furnitures are made at site along with other dependent works
- Depends on the Scope of the work & Customization.
- typically a turnkey project involves one site supervisor, One financial person, one designer and production manager to handle purchase & Agrements, based on the scope of the project.
- The complete process is a 3 months task, 3 to 4 weeks goes for discussion, 3D Visualization and Order form finalization.
- Since most of the projects we do are customization we want 2 months to complete the work after the finalization.
- The complete process may typically take two and a half month time.
- Actual execution takes 45 days of time after designing and agreement.

Designer visits are absolutely free, once you engage design process they charge depending on the scope of the work, our charges are best in the industry.

Since 3d designs are made before the execution it can be altered as per your needs, but once the designs are freezed it’s a difficult task to make major changes in the designs.

- Initially to start the design process we will charge 5% of the quotation Amount.
- Once the order is confirmed
- 50% to be paid as advance
- 40% in two installments
- And balance 10% after completing the milestone

Your olangana comes with a limited 10 years warranty and a 1 year for Service Warranty We are confident about the quality service that we provide, Warranty is provided according to the company standards/brands that is put to use in the project.
